He leads the DSG Global family of brands which design, manufacture and market fleet management and other SAAS products for commercial, agriculture and military/government applications globally.

Bob is propelling the company’s expansion into rapid growth consumer EV sectors with cost-effective electric cars, trucks, vans, buses and scooters for markets across North America, Mexico and the Caribbean.

With roots in the golf industry, Bob founded Vantage Tag Systems in 2008, the DSG subsidiary that specializes in GPS-enabled fleet management with patented analytics, mobile touch screen engagement, electric golf carts and more.

Rick Curtis

Imperium Motor Company, President & Chief Operating Officer

Rick serves as president of Imperium Motor Company, the automotive subsidiary of DSG Global, and industry leader in vehicle tracking and support for the golf industry.

He is instrumental in bringing new efficient low, mid and high-speed electric vehicles to market without sacrificing green design, performance and functionality.

His extensive 40-year background in the automotive field includes manufacturing, vehicle distribution, parts distribution, service management, dealer development and executive management of private and public dealer groups.

Prior to joining Imperium, Rick served as president of Mullen Technologies and grew the company to a world class provider of electric vehicles, battery technology and energy storage systems. While serving at Ready Remarketing Club and Auto Sales as head of acquisitions, Rick was instrumental in purchasing assets to create CodaCars, which distributed vehicles domestically and internationally and provided parts and service support.

James B. Singerling

Former CEO, CMAA

James’ 35-year career brings unparalleled experience in the golf industry – domestically and internationally. His diverse background includes senior leadership positions with the golf-course design and management companies of Robert Trent Jones, Sr. where he collaborated on global construction projects.

Following his work in the field, Jim served as CEO for the premiere golf organization, Club Management Association of America (CMAA), and the CMAA Foundation for 25 years. He converted a domestic professional organization of 3,000 into an international entity with presence in 38 nations and 6,800 members. A tireless advocate for the golf industry, Jim elevated the profession of club management globally by initiating life-time professional development programs on 43 university campuses.

Jim’s business relationships encompass organizations worldwide. He also served on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Committee of 100 for 15 years, representing top U.S. association executives.

Jim’s skills and experience align well with the company’s vision as it evolves from a vertical supplier to capitalizing on the fast-moving market for consumer electric vehicles.

Michael Leemhuis

Principal Owner, Leemhuis Consult, LLC

Mike’s 30+ year career spans numerous business aspects of sports and golf with significant accomplishments. While serving as CEO/GM at the Congressional Country Club for 16 years, he propelled the Club to the number one position on the Platinum Clubs of America rankings. Similarly, as president/COO at the Ocean Reef Club, he boosted its position to number two on the Platinum Clubs list.

Mike was instrumental in making the U.S. Open Championship at the Congressional Country Club in 2011 a strong success that pleased all parties. This prestigious event required close collaboration and communication across numerous groups including the USGA (United States Golf Association), players, national media, club members and staff, spectators, tournament officials and more.

As DSG implements a growth-by-acquisition strategy, Mike’s leadership experience coupled with broad industry knowledge is a great asset. He is passionate about DSG’s opportunities in the EV market and working in an environment where he can help take the company to new heights and establish an industry-leading position.

Carol Cookerly

Carol founded her nationally recognized firm Cookerly Public Relations in 1991. In her role as CEO Carol has directed the launch of a broad range of products as well as high profile brands.

The company’s work has won many unsolicited awards including a prestigious five-star award by Forbes as one of America’s top PR agencies. Her team’s work in transportation, financial services, sports, manufacturing and environmental sectors has scored Silver Anvil and Stevie Awards nationally.

Additionally, Carol’s expertise encompasses managing complex issues and crises. Successful efforts have involved environmental matters, transportation, natural and manmade disaster responses, product liability, legislative and judicial activism, healthcare issues and much more.

An experienced business executive, Carol has provided counsel for myriad companies and served on boards of directors and advisory boards spanning community banking, real estate, law enforcement, children’s healthcare services and more.

Carol brings a combination of talent, experience and perseverance in brand building to the DSG board to help seize exciting business opportunities offered by the booming consumer EV market.

Stephen Johnston

Founding Partner, GGA Partners

Stephen combines comprehensive Big-Four accounting experience with entrepreneurial success during his 35+ year career.

Stephen served as a public company audit partner for KPMG for 20+ years and developed the firm’s golf practice, which he purchased in 2007. He founded Global Golf Advisors, which became the largest consulting practice in the business of golf, encompassing more than 3,000 clubs and courses internationally (renamed GGA Partners in 2020). He attributes GGA’s success to a vision for being best in class for services and products and developing quality standards that could not be altered, a philosophy he brings to DSG.

An expert business strategist, Stephen knows how to pursue sustainable growth in a competitive environment without jeopardizing a corporation’s financial sustainability. He integrates financial acumen with knowledge across product value, margin analysis, market signals, quality control and more.

He brings skill to the board in evaluating business opportunities and return on equity, while understanding the controls, standards and level of adherence required for a reputable, lasting enterprise.
