With emphasis on advanced designs, a green mindset, performance and functionality, Imperium Motor Company (IMC) has begun distributing a wide variety of low-, mid- and high-speed electric vehicles including cars, trucks, vans, scooters and more.
The Future is ElectricTM
With decades of electric vehicle (EV) experience in golf, including distribution of highly advanced carts, DSG recognized the huge chasm between consumers’ interest in acquiring road ready EVs versus the lack of availability and affordability.
As such, the company focused on becoming a distribution and EV brand management company unencumbered by the manufacturing process. The manufacturers take responsibility for building vehicles to our specifications and fulfillment of regulatory and licensing requirements. DSG’s exclusive distribution rights with two major manufacturers does not prohibit it from creating partnerships with additional vehicle makers as desired.
In 2019, the company secured exclusive U.S. distribution rights for Jonway (Zhejiang Jonway Automobile Co.) built EVs. Jonway began manufacturing vehicles in 2003 and today produces three and five door electric SUVs. Jonway vehicles are exported to more than 80 countries and comply with all U.S. safety and environmental standards.
Another large distribution agreement was established with Skywell (Skywell New Energy Automobile Group Co. Ltd.) The company was founded in 2011 and ranks as an industry leader for sales of new EVs and will supply IMC with passenger cars and buses. Skywell vehicles will be fully certified for use in the U.S. by all governing regulatory agencies.
Imperium Experience Center
To properly introduce DSG’s manufacturing partners’ EVs, the company established its Experience Center in Solano County, California between the San Francisco Bay Area and Greater Sacramento, two of the largest EV markets in the country. The center features various models of new electric cars, trucks, vans, UTVs, SUVs and scooters.
