Robert ''Bob'' Silzer

A successful serial entrepreneur and business strategist, Bob turns technology ideas in high growth industries into profitable businesses. He leads the DSG Global family of brands which design, manufacture and market fleet management and other SAAS products for commercial, agriculture and military/government applications globally.

Bob is propelling the company’s expansion into rapid growth consumer EV sectors with cost-effective electric cars, trucks, vans, buses and scooters for markets across North America, Mexico and the Caribbean.

With roots in the golf industry, Bob founded Vantage Tag Systems in 2008, the DSG subsidiary that specializes in GPS-enabled fleet management with patented analytics, mobile touch screen engagement, electric golf carts and more.

Zahir Loaiza

DSG Global, Interim Chief Financial Officer

Zahir assumed the role of the company’s interim CFO in March 2021, after having previously served as its Corporate Controller. She oversees the management of cash flow and budgeting, financial reporting and preparation of financial statements, as well as the development and implementation of internal financial controls.

Her diverse international experience includes working at a publicly traded mining company, several law firms and more in the U.S., Canada and South America. Zahir also brings an entrepreneurial spirit to the company and capabilities as a small business proprietor. Prior to pursuing a career in corporate finance, she was the owner of two retail entities.

Rick Curtis

Imperium Motor Company, President & Chief Operating Officer

Rick serves as president of Imperium Motor Company, the automotive subsidiary of DSG Global, and industry leader in vehicle tracking and support for the golf industry.

He is instrumental in bringing new efficient low, mid and high-speed electric vehicles to market without sacrificing green design, performance and functionality.

His extensive 40-year background in the automotive field includes manufacturing, vehicle distribution, parts distribution, service management, dealer development and executive management of private and public dealer groups.

Prior to joining Imperium, Rick served as president of Mullen Technologies and grew the company to a world class provider of electric vehicles, battery technology and energy storage systems. While serving at Ready Remarketing Club and Auto Sales as head of acquisitions, Rick was instrumental in purchasing assets to create CodaCars, which distributed vehicles domestically and internationally and provided parts and service support.

William ''Bill'' Rex

Imperium Motor Company, President, EV Bus and Motor Home Division

Bill brings more than 40 years of leadership, manufacturing and sales experience to Imperium from industry leading suppliers of buses/electric buses, motor homes, trucks, specialty vehicles and batteries. The founder of Rexhall Industries Inc., formerly a publicly traded manufacturer of RVs and distributor of buses, coaches and imported chassis, Bill has been an industry expert since 1987.

As fleets seek multiple alternatives for efficient, clean vehicles. Bill’s experience in all aspects of the bus and motor home business make him a central player in bringing superior products to market and expanding the company’s EV footprint in the U.S. Bill is focused on positioning Imperium among the nation’s leading providers of EV buses and motor homes.

Bill’s previous positions also include serving as president of THOR West, a subsidiary of THOR Industries that manufactures shuttle buses, and president of BYD Coach and Bus, a subsidiary of BYD Industries.

Patrick J. Parenti

Vantage Tag Systems, SVP Global Sales

Patrick’s extensive experience in golf and golf course management started nearly 30 years ago while earning his Class A PGA status.

He leads domestic and international sales operations for Vantage Tag Systems. This encompasses worldwide support for distributors as well as course management, fleet security and fleet reporting programs vital to successful multi-course operators.

Prior to joining DSG Global in 2012, Patrick served as SVP at ProLink Systems for 10 years, a leading global provider of GPS golf-course management systems. His experience at additional golf related businesses and high-profile golf clubs spans business planning, operations management and CRM.

Clint Singer

Vantage Tag Systems, Director of Engineering

Clint leads the engineering team at the company in addition to serving as system architect and lead developer for the server. His background includes in depth experience in GPS for the golf industry where he has served as a senior developer for 20+ years. Ultimately, GPS technology and products Clint has worked on enable golf courses to better manage their fleets and players, including fleet tracking and security, pace of play and overall player satisfaction and loyalty.

In addition, Clint gained capabilities in App development while working with Windows iOS and Android. These applications spanned various industries including geospatial, gaming and sports.

Daniel Price

DSG Global, Technical Operations Manager, European Region, UK, South Africa

Based in Oxford, England, Daniel has worked for the DSG team since the company’s inception. He manages technical operations for the UK, Europe, South Africa as well as support for east coast territories of the U.S. In addition to a background in mechanical and electronic engineering, Daniel is an audio engineer, specializing in automotive audio and security. He has also worked with high end electronic security companies in the UK and previously owned his own electronic security and closed-circuit television (CCTV) company.

Steven Mueller

Vantage Tag Systems, Operations Manager

Steven is the DSG team’s operations manager and brings years of logistical, operations and management experience to the company. He worked in the global pulp and paper market for nine years, facilitating the movement of thousands of tons of timber products worldwide annually. Additionally, he has a successful decades-long track record of managing operations and consulting for a wide range of small and medium sized retail businesses.
